Construction Of Service-oriented Rural Community In The Process Of Urban-rural Integtation

Right now, China has generally entered the period of industry re-feeding agricultureand cities supporting rural areas. Service-oriented community has become a king ofconstructive mode of community in these years, and this kind of community isservice-oriented, which has become an inevitable trend of the construction anddevelopment of rural community. To construct the service-oriented in rural areas in theprocess of urban-rural integration, is an very important way to deepen the villageself-governance, promote the government transition, strengthen the public service in ruralareas.This thesis has adopted the method of document analysis, case analysis, andqualitative analysis to analyze the theory and practice in the process of constructing theservice-oriented government in rural areas. By means of showing the problems in theprocess of constructing the service-oriented government, the writer has put forward somesolutions in order to build the whole theory system of constructing the service-orientedcommunity in the background of city and country integration. As the background ofintegration of city and countryside, and on the basis of the construction of the ruralcommunity, the constructing of the service-oriented community is facing a great many ofproblems, for example, ideas behind, the insufficiency of material insurance, shortage ofthe subject and unreasonable allocation of resource. Firstly, the construction of the ruralservice-oriented community full takes in the experience of the construction of theconstruction of rural community, this thesis makes summaries for the typical cases ineastern, central and western parts of China, on which basis, this thesis take urban and ruralcommunity’s integration development as a key and puts forward the solutions for theconstruction of rural service-oriented community. That is: pay attention to the update ofthe idea, economic development, and building of diverse participation mechanism andreasonable allocation of resource both in city and countryside, so as to promote the levelof service in rural areas.This thesis can enrich the theory of construction of rural areas, and provide some valuable information for the study of relevant theory. Meanwhile, this thesis can providesome advice for the construction of the community in rural areas, play an important role inpromoting the equalization of basic public service, and has a good effect on the realizationof city and countryside and the smooth proceeding of new rural construction.
