Experiential teaching has high value, which is an effective way of quality education, but the current teaching existes many unfavorable factors that caused the lack of experience in teaching. This study systematically expounds the experiential teaching concept, characteristics, value. On the basis of elaborating, combining specific teaching case, and analyzes the reasons leading to experiential teaching missing. And put forward some corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote the implementation of experiential teaching better.Text is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, which includes problem proposing, literature review, research idea and method.The second part expounds the definition, characteristics, value of experiential teaching, which lay a theoretical foundation for the study of experiential teaching missing.The third part combine specific teaching case to analysis the reasons to experiential teaching missing in current teaching. These reasons including "Give-by" relationship between teachers and students, emphasizing knowledge teaching goal, sticking to target preset, Isolated knowledge structure, mechanical imparting teaching methods.The fourth part aiming at these reasons leading to experiential teaching missing and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which includes constructing dialogue Teacher-student relationship, establishing informed syncretism teaching aim, constructing generative teaching goal, formatting comprehensive coherent knowledge structure, implementing active participation of the teaching methods.
