The 8th Curriculum Revolution of fundamental education has extent to the field of primary school Chinese since its outbreak in 2001. Thus, an explosion of ideas is triggered in terms of Chinese teaching reform, such as situation Chinese, poetic Chinese, true Chinese. However, in the practical Chinese teaching process, there is still such a great deal of problems as the teaching mode of centering around books or teachers demanding prompt solution. Intrinsically speaking, it's because of our basic national conditions that we need to advance this imperative reform in terms of Chinese education in primary school.In this paper, based on a thorough investigation over Dou Guimei's practical classroom teaching data, regardless of those recorded as text or told by herself, I firstly center around her teaching concept, namely "Teaching and education comes from books, classroom, teachers, but should go far beyond all these stuff', and itemize her teaching style into'five aspects:namely, subject literacy, subject paragraph-teaching, subject reading, subject writing, subject chanting, from the study of which, I clearly clarify that the subject teaching is aiming to, and beyond all doubt, has successfully developed the children into really gifted persons, laying a solid foundation for those children's life.However, what is the spirit of the subject teaching, by which it achieves its uniqueness, and where will it go, which are two important issues that concerns the direction of education? It can be inspiriting and illuminating for us to understand this, and thus extremely meaningful. Here, based on my thought and my teaching experience, I attribute the spirit to two parts. Firstly, Dou Guimei is a person suffused with love and passion for life, family, education and those students. It's the very love and passion from her inner heart that her subject teaching can evoke the resonance of both those children and their parents, thus achieving great success. Secondly, she is always working hard, aiming to endow her teaching process with both instrumental and cultural roles,, introduce her understanding of life and knowledge to her students from both integral and partial perspective. And last but not least, with regard to the direction of subject teaching, based on the talk above, I thought it'll lead the students to learn how to communicate during the process of knowledge acquisition, how to think more comprehensively, etc, which promotes their healthy and versatile development, as is the same for us teachers, which is also in total conformance with the requirement of new era.
