As the Chinese curriculum reform smoothly, in our country has produced a bath of outstanding, mature, experienced special-classteacher. they use for reference the experience of predecessors? education teaching on the basis of constant exploration, active learning, gradually formed its own Chinese teaching theory. Study the teachers’ teaching ideas, first of all, in view of the current primary school language classroom in the form of education examination oriented education situation provides a good improvent stategy; secondly, the primary school language teachers can not break existing teaching materials, the inherent limitations of the classroom gives a valuable suggestion, in order to find out the teaching direction, in the same time, the young teachers set up the correct teaching direction, and promote their professional development.This article begins with the first to Dou Guimei teacher the theory of “three beyond ”the concept and meaning of “Theme teaching” appraisal, after analyzing Dou Guimei teacher teaching theory of the external and internal factors, internal factors including teaching experience and teaching background, external factors include teaching objects, teaching contents and teaching environment.The main part of this paper is to Dou Guimei teacher teaching “three beyond” and “Theme teaching” is analyzed in the theory and research, and it is concluded that Dou Guimei teaching theory enlightenment to the present Chinese teaching. Dou Guimei “three beyond” teaching philosophy, meaning beyond the material, beyond the classroom, beyond the teacher. about “Theme teaching” the author respectively from temperature breadth, depth to explore and research. Dou Guimei enlightenment to the present Chinese teaching has a teaching theory: Interpretation of teaching materials, to lead students into efficient classroom; create situations lead students into the happy classroom; to improve literacy, to lead students into the knowledge of the classroom; student oriented, and lead students into the emotional classroom.
