Since the 90th of the 20th century, the dialogue of teachers and students has become the response of school education to"dialogue"spirit of the times and the linguistic turn in philosophy. The dialogue of democracy, equality, acceptance and understanding infiltrates the classroom. Teachers, students and the text have a dialogue in the intercourse. The scholars in China and abroad research and explore theory of dialogue from different philosophical point of views and gradually form ideological trend on dialogue of philosophy, which is my paper of the context.In view of the hermeneutics, understanding has characteristic of history, integration, language, intersubjectivity and circulation, which the dialogue of teachers and students whose horizons are fused, whose lives are understood and enjoyed and whose common events are in the game, is based on. And then, the dialogue on the teachers and students is analyzed from understanding the subject, building the spirit of teachers and students from the teachers and deal with common events in detail. The teachers can choose different dialogue pattern by specific courses, students and scenes and so on.In the spirit construction of teachers and students, six views of spirit construction are discussed in the horizon the hermeneutic, and then pointed out that the psychology of the dialogue is based on mutual demand. The dominant demand is often overshadowed by the external demand. The teachers should strive to see the hidden needs, and distinguish what is healthy student demand and priority needs. Real dialogues come from the common needs of dialogists, inner desire and the call of soul and mingle the deep inner joy and the deep desire of outside world.The teachers and students have different pre-understanding of the content of subject because of their knowledge, life experience and different environmental factors. The understanding of teachers is in depth of the content and comprehensive system, while the understanding of students is surfical, fuzzy, and not comprehensive. Teachers and students are different from the teaching contents so that teachers and students need promote mutual understanding by teaching. The teachers will make up the deficiency of students understanding. The disparity, difference and contradictory are offended and showed. In order to promote understanding between teachers and students, the teachers properly handle the inconsistencies of understanding and expand the scope of application of knowledge and assess the student understanding in many aspects.The real examples present the successes and failures of the dialogue of teachers and students about joint events. The dialogue need form practical communities. The first is the formation of the class community which must have the theme of dialogue and shared resources in order to success of the dialogue. The community has heterogeneity and homogeneity, in which the interests of the participants are related closely. At the same time, teachers and students approve the event and the right belongs to the community. If the above all only are observed, The community will achieve a real dialogue.
