The class is the basis to education. The justice of class management is associated with the quality of education. Only the embodiment of equality in class management can effectively ensure that the education process is fair. The class advisor, who has the responsibility to manage a class, should display respect and sympathy to the students. Thus a democratic, equitable and harmonious relationship between teachers and students can be formed in class management process. That is, the key to success is how just the class advisor shows. Unfortunately, it is very common that unfair phenomena often happen in real class management due to many institutions.This article mainly adopts the method of field study. It takes H high school as an example and can be divided into four parts:1:Introduction. It states the cause, meanings, documental review and the ways of the research; 2:Examples. It displays how unjust the class in H high school is during the class management, expounding from the four aspects of system management, teaching management, organization management and activities management.3: Analysis. It analyses the internal and external reasons why the unjust class management happens.4:Suggestion. It gives some suggestions to the class advisor how to manage the class, which is based on the idea of building a new class.The author thinks that the class advisor should keep in mind how important the justice is. As the direct participant in management, the class advisor need to start from the daily management work, implement the principle of fairness and promote fair management. We aim at building a new class model and establish the democratic class system, which is the core of the fair management. Only in this way will the students grow perfectly.
