Questioning is an important component in classroom teaching. Teacher's questioning decides the thought direction and profundity of student. The effective questioning could improve the level of thought and realize the teaching goal. Due to the school for children of migrant workers of the particularity of the students, put forward higher request for teacher questioning behavior. Therefore, in order to improve the migrant workers'children learning ability and personality growth, the teacher needs to study the questioning effectiveness method, in order to achieve high quality teaching effectiveness.This paper from four parts to begin to teaching in class teacher questions effectiveness studies. The first part is the introduction part, mainly expounded topic source, expatiates the practice and theoretical significance. The second part is about teacher questioning effectiveness of the connotation and standard research. The third part is to teacher questions the effectiveness of the situation analysis and put forward their own thinking. The fourth part is about the strategic thinking implementation effectiveness, through case studies and experience summary method, so as to correct theory to guide practice, try to explore effective teacher questions strategy. From the school and teacher two levels of external cause analysis, the influence of teacher questions for teachers' level of strategy according to the teachers' comprehensive learning main process, from teacher questions the preparation before strategy; teacher questions in each link should pay attention to the content, the teacher questions after reflection of three aspects.The article discussed the problem about questioning in class according to the analyses of teaching process. Make a survey and analysis in the primary schools for children of migrant workers. The research aims to know and analyze the true situation of classroom questioning and teachers'understanding of questioning from effectiveness angle. So that Problems on effective questioning in classroom teaching can be found out and some effective methods and strategies can be explored. I hope some teachers considerate more about the questioning skills to improve the teaching process.
