Improving The Effectiveness Of Rural Migrant Workers Children Learning

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has achieved great development. Along with the development of modernization, the labor resource allocation appeared new changes, a large number of rural population began to flood into the city, become a special group--the migrant workers, also known as the "migrant workers". Migrant workers children to promote social development, to provide cheap labor, the industry, enhance the competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry. It is because of the migrant workers to work hard, city construction, the construction of infrastructure in China achieved rapid development, made a great contribution to the economy lasts, fast, stable development. However, behind the promote the rapid development of our economy, society, family problems of rural migrant workers in cities, especially in children’s education, become the focus of social attention. According to relevant data, the children of migrant workers into the city after the children, a large part of the not timely education. Even if is to receive compulsory education for children of migrant workers, because of various factors, only a few of them to receive compulsory education formal, mostly in the poor teaching conditions, teaching staff is not high, the migrant workers children school, teaching quality makes us worrying. If migrant children can not receive a good education, there could be a new generation of "illiterate", will affect the long-term stability and development of society. In this paper, the rural primary school in Yuhang District of Hangzhou city as an example, research on improving the effectiveness of learning management practice of children of migrant workers, in order to arouse the attention of social all circles, improve migrant workers children education situation, to ensure that the children of migrant workers to obtain the right to education fair.The paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part, introduction.
