China is a large agricultural country, agriculture, rural areas and farmers is related to the full realization of the well-off goal and modernization of the major problems. "There is no well-off rural areas, there is no well-off country; no modernization of rural areas, there is no modernization of the entire national economy." To develop agriculture, farmers to get rich, rural to modern, mainly to enhance the quality of workers, but to enhance the quality of workers can not do without education, vocational education in rural areas is even more indispensable. This paper focuses on the Hanzhong City, the development status of vocational education in rural areas, problems, and were analyzed from two aspects of vocational education development in rural areas of Hanzhong City, reasons for the difficulties, and then how to develop rural areas in vocational education, rural development to make some theoretical exploration.The article first analyzes the development of vocational education in rural areas of Hanzhong City, the economic and social background, the discussion of vocational education in rural areas of rural development on the value of Hanzhong: You can quickly improve the scientific and cultural quality of the rural population; rural vocational education is to promote the transfer of surplus rural labor force important measure; rural areas vocational education is to improve the agricultural productivity of the fundamental requirements; rural vocational education is an important way to build a new culture in rural areas; rural vocational education is to accelerate social and economic development in rural areas an important guarantee. On the basis of Hanzhong City, the status of vocational education in rural areas are analyzed, the main contents include: running mode; school distribution; financial input; the number of students; number of teachers; vocational guidance. Hanzhong City, then analyzed the achievements of vocational education in rural areas, the main achievements include: the establishment of Vocational Education; establishment County Vocational Center; and Industrial Park to carry out docking. Paper point of view of Hanzhong City from three rural vocational education problems, including: funding problems; problems in students; teachers problems. Hanzhong City, and then analyzes the development of vocational education in rural areas difficult internal causes and external causes. Finally, the development of vocational education in rural areas in Hanzhong City, countermeasures and suggestions were analyzed, that the Hanzhong City, the following aspects from the development of vocational education: practical change ideas and improve understanding of vocational education in rural areas; strengthen the government's responsibility to increase the financial input ; school construction and government policy support within the combination of students to solve problems; to strengthen teaching staff, to improve the overall quality of teachers; strengthening vocational guidance, vocational schools to improve levels of employment in rural areas.
