The quality of School Education is basically depend on the teachers' specialization level which will be continously improved by their vocational devolopment. Teacning rethink is the key point for teachers to develop their speciality, which is helpful for self-improvement.According to literature search and field survey, this paper mainly use the relative principles of pedagogy, psychology, teacher's specialization development, education organization culture, and school-bases training, meanwhile, it utilize document research method, survey method, comparison method and interviewing method to discuss and rethink the current situation of the middle school teachers in Ouhai district of Wenzhou. Furthermore, the paper put forward a series of practicable measures to deal with the present problems.The reascher proves that the most teachers of this area are clearly undersdand the importance of teaching rethink, but their ability of rethink are imbalance. It also shows that there are some existent problems affect teaching rethink as well as the reason of the problem existing. The weak sense of tercher's independent innovation, faulty organization culture of tercher, inaccurate orientation of School-based Training, lack of speciality training are mentioned as well.Aim at the exist problems, the paper suggested that Improve ethics training pertinence, effectively improve teachers education teaching idea, and rectify education understanding to promote teachers' specialization level. Moreover, it adviced that to enhance teacher's rethink consciousness to raise self-rethink, and to enhence rethink training to improve rethink ability. The paper hold that enrichment of teaching rethink can build multi communication channel as well as an emulatively cooperation atmosphere will be planting the self-knowledge of rethink.
