Study On The Construction Of Young Teachers' Morality In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Education is a matter of fundamental importance for the country and the party,and the key to the development of education lies in teachers.As an important force of teachers in colleges and universities,the group of young teachers in colleges and universities has relatively more daily communication with students,and their teacher ethics directly affects the ideology and behavior of college students,as well as the quality and effect of talent training.Under So nowadays,strengthening the construction of young teachers' ethics in colleges and universities is the need to realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality,to build a contingent of high-quality young teachers,and to build an excellent teaching and school spirit.By adopting the combination of theoretical research and empirical research method of a new era to strengthen the construction of the moral standards of young teachers in colleges and universities on the related concepts and basic requirements,and the part of students and young teachers in colleges and universities to carry out the questionnaire survey,understand the current main problems of the moral standards ofyoung teachers in colleges and universities have the consciousness of political theory quality improvement,education needs to be enhanced,part of the young teachers professional value orientation bias,there is a gap model,etc.Through further analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the above problems are the weakening of self-discipline consciousness of young teachers,the weakening of the management of young teachers in colleges and universities,the development difficulties faced by young teachers in colleges and universities,and the adverse impact of the social environment.In view of the main problems and influencing factors of the teacher ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities,this paper proposes the following ways to strengthen the construction of the teacher ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities:first,adhere to the guidance of party construction,improve the political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities;Second,strengthen education and training,strengthen the education consciousness of young teachers in colleges and universities;Third,improve the working mechanism and strengthen the management of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities;Fourth,optimize the development environment and promote theself-cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities?Through the clear path,the comprehensive policy,strengthens the new era university young teachers moral construction earnestly.
