Study On Enterprise Involvement To The Quality Assurance System Of The Higher Vocational Education

In the Medium-and Long-term National Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), it requires that we must put great effort to develop the vocational education, to take the quality promoting as the key task, and to build and improve the quality assurance system of the vocational education. The higher vocational education is the important part of higher education. It is one of the key approaches to culture the higher talents for our country's economical construction and social development and its developing level represents the economical standard and the degree of productive forces. Under the new condition, therefore, it is more important to build and improve the quality assurance system for the higher vocational education for matching the economical development. Without taking into consideration of the requirement from the end users, any quality assurance system must need to be improved. For the special nature and the training target, the vocational education also needs the involvement of enterprise into the quality assurance system. Currently, our vocational education still has some questions which is also exerting influence on the quality of vocational education obviously cause the involvement absence of enterprise to the quality assurance system of the higher vocational education.This paper has five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the paper. It mainly describes the background, the current process and the significance of this research; meanwhile, it presents the core contents and research methods of this paper. It also analyses the necessity and possibility for enterprise to involve into the quality assurance system of the higher vocational education in the part of research significance. In the chapter 2, it introduces the basic concepts of vocational education and the connotation of the quality assurance system for the higher vocational education. In the chapter 3, it analyses the present situation and problems for enterprise involvement into the system. In the chapter 4, it introduces the apocalypse from foreign countries'relevant experience during the construction to the quality assurance system of the higher vocational education, including Germany, America, England and Australia. In the last chapter, it raises the solutions and proposals for our country's enterprise to involve into the quality assurance system of the higher vocational education.
