Research On Quality Assurance System Of School-Enterprise Cooperation For The Higher Vocational Education Of Tourism

In the 21 st century,higher vocational education for tourism plays an important role in developing national economy in our country and human resources,as an important part of higher education.however,the main talents cultivation of higher vocational education for tourism——university-enterprise cooperation education's quality level is not so high that has lots of loopholes in teaching activities,such as the system,rules,standards,procedures.And other quality assurance links have not form a clear system.In order to solve these problems,it is decided to research on quality assurance system of university-enterprise cooperation for higher vocational education for tourism.Firstly,in the base of the theory of total quality management(TQM)and the theory of the circulation of W.Edwards Deming(PDCA)and the present situation,I found that quality assurance had some problems:(1)standard system of tourism is not so satisfactory to meet the demand of the development of modern tourism by the way of university-enterprise cooperation.(2)quality action system is weak and useless.It is lack of compulsory laws and institutions such as accountability for accidents,as a result,the enthusiasm of enterprise participation are not fully mobilized.(3)the content,methods and leader of quality inspection system is single.It did not give full play to the advantages of enterprises and industries in tourism field.(4)lack of quality improvement system.The quality deviation and successful experience in the university-enterprise cooperation education are not regulated by explicit rules,which had seriously hindered the improvement of the training level of the personnel.Secondly,there are four main reasons for analyzing the problems in the quality assurance system of university-enterprise cooperation which make the system lose effectiveness.They are:(1)the quality standard is obsolete or absent,some new jobs do not have national standards,while some traditional professions still carry on the old standard.(2)systemic disorder.Whether it is the centralized management system of our country or the system of running a school with the majority of the public universities,the social resources are impeded from the system construction to enter the education domain.(3)education quality concept is backward,and the tendency of utilitarian value and plan cultivation is outstanding.(4)imperfect law.the enforcement entity was not legally recognized and their power and responsibility is not clear.Finally,i try to make out the framework of the quality assurance system for university-enterprise cooperation education.It is believed that the principle of customer-oriented,comprehensive,effective,hierarchical and dynamic improvement should be followed in the process of the system architecture.The general idea of quality guarantee system of university-enterprise cooperation has four subsets system:(1)establish the quality standard system to emphasize the communication and coordination between tourism national standards,industry standards and post standards.(2)improve the quality action system,identify the rights and responsibilities of each participant.(3)build the quality inspection system to highlight the role of teaching monitoring system and third-party evaluation organizations.(4)complement quality improvement system,summarize experience and optimize the guarantee system in time.
