| In order to adapt to the furious competition of economy and technology in the 21st century,Countries are greatly strengthing the training of innovative talent.The graduation design is a significant professional practice aiming at the implementation of innovative-talent training goal, which is determined by its own content and general process.Research on development of innovative ability in the process of graduation design in this paper bases on the view of research teaching ,which has guide significance in theory and pratice of innovation ability development to undergraduates.This paper based on graduate teaching design reform research conducted by M, a teacher of Engineering Sciences College in a well-known university. The research sustaining carried out for nine mouths by eight representative senior undergraduate students selected from all the participations. During the process of the reserching, the method of combined qualitative and quantitative research has been used, to observe, interview and track on the optioned students. Due to the record of the whole process of the reserch and the use of innovation ability evaluation index system testing, the way how to cultivate innovative ability and how to upgrade the quality during the graduation project has been explored. All of the above work not only deepen and enrich the study of teaching theory,but provides a reference model for later research. The paper finaly obtained some suggestions of innovation ability form four aspects, such as stimulate interest effectively, fully time guaranteed, play the role of teacher guidance and master research methods scientifically. In the practice research, four characteristics stages and six reported graduation project process has been summarized to provide a practical way of the reform styles and innovation ability models. |
