| The new curriculum reform of basic education has been continuously promoted.Maker education has become a science and technology curriculum with distinct characteristics.It is widely implemented in the primary school education stage and has become a key starting point for the realization of students ’ core literacy.It is a new driving force for promoting quality education.However,the development of maker education is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still teaching problems,such as the irregular design of teaching activities and the neglect of the cultivation of students ’innovative ability.The project-based and inquiry-based learning advocated by maker education brings new opportunities to primary school maker education.In this study,the teaching practice of primary school maker education and teaching activities for the cultivation of innovative ability is carried out in the primary school maker curriculum.The purpose is to solve some problems existing in the current maker teaching classroom and cultivate students ’ innovative ability.This study is based on the ideas of literature review,teaching activity design,teaching activity practice and teaching achievement summary.It mainly uses the method of literature research,investigation research and action research.First of all,the literature research method is used to sort out and analyze the research status of maker education,innovation ability training,and maker education in the cultivation of innovation ability.The current situation of maker education in A primary school in L city is investigated and analyzed by means of classroom observation and interview.Secondly,based on the current survey results and the " Compulsory Education Information Technology Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)," the design framework of primary school maker education and teaching activities for the cultivation of innovation ability is preliminarily constructed.Thirdly,taking a class of students in grade 5 of A primary school in L city as the research object,a one-semester action research is carried out.Each round improves the teaching activity framework with four steps of ’ planning,action implementation,observation and analysis,and problem reflection ’.In each round of action research,the effect of teaching activities is analyzed through classroom observation,student interviews,and work evaluation.After three rounds of iteration,the final teaching activity design framework was revised and improved.Finally,using the pre-test and post-test data analysis of the scale and the comparative analysis of the performance data of the works,the practical effect of the primary school maker education and teaching activities for the cultivation of innovative ability is verified,and the implementation suggestions for the primary school maker education and teaching activities are put forward.The research shows that the implementation of maker education and teaching activities in primary school can effectively promote the development of students ’ innovative ability. |
