"Learn guided by the learning plan" and "graduation progressive education" are two successful teaching model of the modern education reform, drawing lessons from the successful experiences and shortcomings, the article presents a new teaching model--graduation progressive teaching case. This mode emphasizes student-centered, according to students’various level and the level of learning students may reach, the teaching object, teaching target and teaching activity are made into various levels, through teacher’s guidance, students’ learning capability is enhanced, students’ learning confidence is build, each student can get development.The first part describes the background and significance of the graduation progressive teaching case. The first part is on "Learn guided by the learning plan" and "graduation progressive education" of the domestic research status and existing problems are reviewed.A general overview of the graduation progressive teaching case is given in the second part. Firstly, the concept of graduation progressive teaching case is defined as the learning program with pertinence and gradation which is designed on the basis of in-depth study of materials and in accordance with the students’ intelligence and non-intelligence factors, to guide students to construct knowledge actively, ensure that all levels students can maximize the development. And then the theory (the Theory of Constructivism, the Theory of Zone of Proximal Development and Graduation Progressive Teaching Thinking) and function ((1) the maximum arouse students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative;(2) to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching;(3) let each student get due development) in relation to the teaching method are stated.The third part mainly includes four aspects:the design principles of the plan, the basic elements of this plan, basic elements of a stratified processing, basic frame of this plan.(1) Design principles include:pay attention to the" student oriented" principle, principle of students stratification, progressive principle, to master the basic principle, the interest principle, the induction principle, the principle of innovation.(2) The basic elements include:learning goals, contents, methods, exercises and summarizes.(3) The basic elements of a stratified processing part describes how to layer the basic elements. (4) Basic frame includes:review of cohesion, clear objectives, explore new knowledge, analysis of examples, practice, summary of reflection, expansion of stratification testing.The fourth part is experimental design of the graduation progressive teaching case, which include experimental hypothesis theory, the definition of variables, variable control method, the research object and scope, data collection methods and research steps.The fifth part is the implementation of the graduation progressive teaching case. A detailed analysis of the overall train of thought, preparation, basic links, supporting the management, evaluation, incentives and experimental data. Especially for the basic links (diagnostic compensation, student self-study, interactive exercises, problems feedback, summary) and the supporting the management, evaluation, incentives. The experimental results show that the chemical graduation progressive teaching case has stimulated students’ interest in learning chemistry, developed students’ ability of autonomous learning, enhanced students’ confidence, improved students’ learning achievement, obtained satisfactory teaching effect.The sixth part is results and discussion, which include research results, discussion, the innovation, problems and future research.The research results:(1) Students have made great progress, reflected in the students’ ability of independent learning, confidence and learning achievement.(2) The teachers’ teaching level had obvious improve, reflected in the occupation morality, teaching attitude, teaching ability, teaching skills, research ability and the improvement of teaching effect.The discussion section sums up the implementation of the graduation progressive teaching case teaching should pay attention to the problems:(1) students’ psychological adjustment work,(2) regarding the students’ whole development,(3) stratification must be dynamic,(4) create a good learning atmosphere.The innovations of this paper are (1) originally puts forward the the graduation progressive teaching case teaching model, combines the both advantages of "Learn guided by the learning plan" and "graduation progressive education", and explore a way to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, research ability, and effectively implement "teaching in accordance with students’ aptitude".(2) rich the connotation of "Learn guided by the learning plan", explore how to guiding students to use of "learning case" and the classroom management strategies in the "learning case" teaching model, offer new ideas for the new curriculum reform. Finally, according to the teaching problems in the implementation process of the learning case, we are put forward the future research work."The graduation progressive teaching case" is a feasible and efficient teaching mode, it need farther improvement and extension.
