The Studies Of The Job Responsibility Of The University Instructor

The university instructors are the main components of the university teaching staff. They arethe frontline workers and mainstream in the university student ideological and political education.The instructors are the guides and confidants for the healthy development of the universitystudents. They are the indispensable force in ensuring the continuous healthy development ofhigher education. Educating and training humans is their duty. Their sense of mission,responsibilities and effectiveness concerns the theory of university student ideological andpolitical education, practice and creation, stability of both university and social and the trainingof a qulified builder for socialism. The definite job responsibility and the establishment of therelative responsibility is the key and difficult problem. The paper mainly studies the jobresponsibility of the university instructor. The related definition, theoretical basis and currentsitnation of job responsibility system will be analysed, the specific responsibilities will beprobed.The paper will mainly state the evaluation of the instructor's job responsibility whileemphsize the implementation of their responsibilities. The paper will be divided into four parts.There is a brief introduction of the job responsibility for an instructor in the first part. Therelative definition and the theoretical basis of establishing the job responsibility system will beclarified. The current situation of the system will be analysed. These will pave the way for furtherdiscussion.A instructor's job responsibilities will be stated in the second part. I will analyse and inducethe responsibilities on the basis of relative reading and my own experience. The responsibilitiesmainly refer to three parts: the ideological and political education for students, the classmanagement, the promotion of healty development of students and becoming useful person.The evaluation of their responsibilities will be stated in the third part. It includes theevaluation of theoretical introduction, construction of the index system and the application. First,the definition, rules, methods, contents and steps of the evaluation will be analysed. I willemphatically introduce the construction the idex system. It will follow the procedures; selection,design and formation. Finally, I will emphasize the point of whether the evaluation will achievethe prospective results depends on the application of the evaluation results. The applicationcontains rewards and punishment, competition for jobs and promotion.The measures of the responsibilities implementation will be pointed out in the fourth part.They are unity of thinking, awareness-raising, making clear and distributing responsibilities,perfecting system and measures, guiding training and strengthen supervision.
