Social responsibility means that every molecule of survival in the society is to maintain and earnestly implement the responsibility,which is a social science, health, sustainable development of effective protection.In recent years, along with our country comprehensive national strength promotion, sports competitions are becoming more and more.In the realization of its economic value, social value and cultural value at the same time, also appeared such as the stadium violence, environmental pollution, corruption and other abuses.as a very special and has great social influence of the city an important event, big sporting events must take corresponding social responsibility.herefore, constructing the system of large-scale social responsibility evaluation of sports competitions in China, and the supervision and be imperative.using the method of literature material,questionnaire survey, delphimethod, mathematical statistics method,etc.around the operation management status of major sporting events in our country,explored the participants and the relationship between them,further to demonstrates social responsibility of our major sport events evaluation index,especially related to the core content and then analyzes its characteristics and nature of this,Then use the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to research the Guangzhou2010Asian events.Conclusions of the study are as follows:First, the social responsibility of major sports events in China is held in China’s major sports events based on their healthy development. Sports benefit main body to perform the social members and social development, economic, legal, educational, ethical and environmental protection and many other responsibilities.And subject to social influence.Second, the subject of major sports events in China’s social responsibility is divided into the main subject of liability and secondary liability subject.The main responsibility consists of government, enterprise, athletes, referees events operation; secondary responsibility main body comprises a sponsor, audience, media, relevant social groups;The object of the large-scale sports event social responsibility refers to the responsibility main body of people and communities, Including the social individual, community environment, community custom etc.Third, point out the five-level indicators of social responsibility index system of major sports events in our country.They are: economic responsibility,legal responsibility, education,responsibility,ethics and environmental responsibility.19secondary indicators,they are the proportion of the penalty term spending, youth education degrees,spectators audience degree of civilization,energy efficiency and so on.Fourth, the weight of evaluation index of major sports events in China from big to small order as: Legal Liability (0.477), economic responsibility (0.264), environmental responsibility (0.107), moral responsibility (0.099), educational responsibility (0.053).Fifth, Guangzhou2010Asian events in general saying blurry social responsibility for the law to fulfill the conditions, moral education and liability coverage for good,economic responsibility for a belong to the poor performance.
