Discuss About The Ideological And Political' S Effectiveness Survey And Countermeasures In Higher Vocational Colleges

The Ideological and political theory course,as the main channel of ideological and political education in China, plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining our socialist ideology leading status, encouraging the youths to know and believe in Marxism, and advancing the political theory and ideological qualities among the young Chinese. Especially on the current background of economic globalization as well as network popularization, with the help of their economic and technological advantages, western capitalist countries play up their superiority of its ideology through the network and other open platforms, and permeate the decadent values of capitalism worldwide. Meanwhile, on one hand, the university students group, including the higher vocational students, has become one of the most important network participants; on the other hand, since they have not yet form a fixed views on life, world outlook and values, it is easy for them to be encroached by the capitalist ideology , and facing the danger of values diversification, ideal and belief fuzzification . Therefore, the importance of ideological and political theory education has been revealed, strengthening the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory education has become an urgent strategic requirement. Based on this background, the important part of the university students group—the higher vocational students and teachers, and the survey data of related recruiting employer, this paper made on deep analysis and research in order to find an effective way to promote the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory education in higher vocational colleges. The article consists of five aspects:the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounded the researching significance, researching methods and current researching situation , and also defined the related concepts. The second chapter is an investigation, which mainly looked into the present situation of ideological and political theory education in higher vocational colleges on three aspects: students, teachers and related recruiting employer, and studied and analyzed the inestigation data. The third chapter is an analysis. Based on the analysis of data, this part expounded the problems that are existing or may play on the effectiveness for the ideological and political theory education in higher vocational colleges. The fourth chapter is cause analysis, which analyzed the causes that bring about the problems on teachers'accomplishments, educational contents, educational methods and educational assessment. The fifth chapter is countermeasures and thoughts, which is the keystone of this paper and is also the end-result. This chapter expounded how to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory education in high vocational colleges: strengthening construction of teachers, and improving quality of teachers; emphasizing education in an ethical agreement, and filling in the main educational contents; fitting in with the students'standards, and innovativing the teaching methods; taking into consideration the students'all-around development, and optimizing the examination and assessment systems.
