A Study To The Generation Of Normal College Students' Educational Belief

With the rapid development of economy, people's demand for material things increases in an unprecedented speed, so the spirit of human being is becoming more and more poorly and exhaustedly. In such era, people need a kind of belief, which can make the meaning of their life developed and sublimation. Normal college students in a special group who will be the teachers, they undertake the responsibility of cultivating the children. Whether they can preserve their own purity and integrity and their own ideal education or not, depends on the firm and persistent support of educational belief.Based on defining the concepts of belief and educational belief, and discussing the characteristics and functions of normal college students'educational belief, in this study we collect lots of data and research and found out that our current normal college students'educational belief situation is not optimistic. Most of the normal college students said they know nothing about educational belief, and 70% of the informant deny their friends and themselves had educational belief. The reasons for the situation are mainly including: in the material social people pay lower attention to existence state of teachers; fewer ideas and activities inculcate the educational belief in class; the students lack deep emotion to become a teacher. Otherwise, in the investigation we found that there are many positive factors to generate educational belief. Such as: most normal college students confirm the necessity of educational belief and the function of education, and they think the approval of being a teacher and the active attitude to life .In order to promote the generation of normal college students'educational belief, we need to improve the cognition of educational belief, improve the faith and emotion of teachers' profession, improve students' inner qualities and construct social support system to help teachers growing. Among them, the cognition is the precondition, emotion is power, intrinsic quality is the key and social support is the guarantee.
