Educational belief is an important part of teachers’ professional qualities,it is also one of the focus on research filed of present teacher’s teaching and teacher’s professional development.Generally speaking,the educational belief means the educational theories,thoughts or hypotheses that teachers affirm and believe in,and it is also one of the internal motivation of teachers’ educational practices and professional development. Free normal students are teachers in the future,which is necessary to cultivate and perfect their educational beliefs. And so far, there are few results about free normal students’ educational belief in domestic.At present,the features of globalization become increasingly obvious and international school exchange activities also become more and more. The value of different countries and societies are bound to produce some influence on people’s belief in various aspects. Under the support of the project that Reciprocal Learning in Teacher Education and School Education between Canada and China, several free normal students have gone to Canada to study. If foreign culture and social value would have some certain influence on the belief of free normal students(including educational belief). So, the paper is adapted to analyze the influence that produced by intercultural learning on free normal students from the perfect intercultural learning,which areexpected to provide some clues and the theoretical value for them in later, and also can present some new strategies and inspirations for their educational belief’s acceleration.Based on referring and sorting out relative references, and according to study needs,I summarize the connotations of intercultural learning and free normal students’ educational belief.Also, I have a dimension divided for free normal students, and get the study data in the method of self compiled questionnaire and interview, and then analyze these data to obtain the study result — —Intercultural learning has important influence on free normal students’ educational belief.So, the paper can be divided into 5parts:The first part is introduction, which introduce the original and meaning of the research, and sort out,analyze and comment intercultural learning and educational belief’ s research state about free normal students home and abroad.It illustrates research contents, keys,difficult points and innovative points. The second part interprets the connotations of free normal students’ educational belief by illustrating the connotations of teachers’ educational belief and the particularity of free normal student’s educational belief. The third part is research design,which includes research assumption,research ways and research instrument.The fourth part,based on the results of questionnaire and interview,analyzes specifically the influence of the intercultural learning on learning’s belief,educational value belief, teacher occupational belief,student’s belief and self belief. And it analyzes what factors influence free normal student’s educational belief and what influence the attitude and capacity of intercultural learning has on free normal students’ educational belief.The fifth part is research conclusions and suggestions.It puts forward some feasible strategies to accelerate free normal student’s educational belief.
