| Along with the process of education informatization in advancement, information technology education has become a new economic and social survival foundation, the middle school information technology curriculum is also becoming the hotspot problem of China's basic education curriculum reform and study. Information technology teacher professional development caused more and more scholars' attention, has becomed an important field of teachers' education in the process of education informatization. As the knowledge foundation of teachers' professional development----practical knowledge, has effect on teachers' professional development.During the study, the author prepared "the middle school information technology teachers' practical knowledge questionnaire "and" the middle school information technology curriculum learning situation questionnaire ",the survey to middle school information technology teachers' practical knowledge and middle school students learning situation of the information technology curriculum in xuzhou and changshu, which reflects the present situation of practical knowledge of middle school information technology teachers. Based on the analysis of the investigation and study, the author selected two middle school information technology teachers as cooperation researchers, through the field of tracking survey for several months, recorded two middle school information technology teachers' living, learning experiences, classroom teaching, research activities and after-school reflection ,then deeply analyzed recorded procedure and content from six aspects which are teachers' education belief , the teachers' self-knowledge, teachers' interpersonal knowledge, teachers' situation knowledge, teachers' strategic knowledge and teachers' critical reflection knowledge, through narrative research approach to analysis of teachers' practical knowledge, and futher variance analysis on two middle school information technology teachers'practical knowledge ,then analyzed the influential factors of the middle school information technology teachers' practical knowledge, and based on this, proposed the solution strategy of promoting middle school information technology teacher practical knowledge . Middle school information technology teachers'professional development are provided important reference platform to promote professional development of their own. |
