Biological activity class belongs to the category of activity curriculum. The history of activity curriculum is not long enough, less than a hundred years, which is proposed earliest by American educators Dewey for the disadvantages of courses. In rural middle schools, the practice of biological activity class is advantageous in raising ability of the middle school students so that students in a class can transform knowledge into practice ability, and improve to use biological principles and knowledge analysis for solving problem and obtaining social practical ability. At the least, if no biological activity for the implementation of the Biological activity class, students'applicability of experience and feeling won't be so deeply.Therefore, it is very important and necessary that biological activity class opens and practices .Because of this, the biology course standard points out: through the implementation of biological activity class, students in classroom will be wider social practice than teaching and school life , more knowledge getting from school expanded to the community and the whole society, so that they can take classroom learning and social experience studying combined and can learn channels to achieve diversity, and can learn realization living style. The biological activity class becomes the students'stage of self-expression and self- realization.The largest charming characteristics this paper is comprehensive identified in the rural middle schools for the author of biological activity class content system, which is a paradigm of biological activity implementation provided for the other rural middle schools. It uses the method of experimental method of biological activity class in rural middle schools to try the implementation of biological activity on the content and form of meaningful exploration, so that it makes scientific analysis and evaluation for the next rural middle schools better implement biological activity class.
