A Study On The Mode Of The Countryside Around The City Evolving Into The City Zone

Since the reform and opening up. with Chinese economy developing rapidly, urban areas had continued to expand, and the boundaries between urban and rural areas had become blurred, which caused part of the rural suburbs into "City Edge Village". The villages layout, public facilities, greening and so, which all cannot only meet the requirements of modern urban development, neither the needs of the city sustainable development, but also seriously affected the city's image. From the village development process, we can find the City Edge Village is the initial stage. We should use the enabling environment of new country construction, and do well guiding and controlling work, which in order to reduce the formation of village in the city, and also it is conducive to achieving the results of new country construction.This paper analyses the current characteristics of City Edge Village in different stages of development, based on studying the relative theories, and gives out the main mode and method of village's renovation. The paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures. according to the current status of the areas in southwest Long Gang in Wenzhou on reconstruction planning.
