The Development Process And Leadingl Sociological Research Of "Village In The Urban Fringe"

China's new urbanization,new rural construction,and the strategy of revitalizing rural villages are proceeding at the same time.The “urban village” in the transitional zone of the urban-rural fringe bears the brunt.Large-scale and populous "urban villages" serve as an important carrier and integration channel for mutual resources,mutual markets,mutual services,and interdependence in the process of urban-rural integration development.They are coordinating urban and rural development and maintaining urban and rural development.Social stability plays a unique role in the overall situation.Not only that,the unique social structure of “urban village” and “village is also a city” and a semi-agricultural structure also constitutes the third type of community that is different from urban communities and rural communities in traditional concepts.The "form of the community" and its ongoing interaction with neighboring urban communities and rural communities have a special influence that cannot be ignored on the members of the urban and rural communities,the social living environment,and the cultural ecology.This dissertation is based on the conclusion of the Party's Nineteenth Congress report that "Chinese major social contradictions have transformed into a conflict between the people's growing good living needs and imbalanced and inadequate development." Based on the need to improve and protect the people's livelihood and grassroots social governance innovation,this dissertation selected Furen Village,Banan District in Chongqing,a typical city with typical characteristics of "village in the urban fringe" as a research base and conducted sociological empirical analysis and research on the “urban side village” phenomenon as a historical and factual existence.The actual problems and needs of the development process of “ village in the urban fringe ” propose corresponding guiding ideas and countermeasures.The whole dissertation could be divided into five parts.The first part discusses the background of the generation and development of the "village in the urban fringe",the theoretical and practical significance of the "village in the urban fringe" study,andexplains the concepts related to the content of this article,reviews the research situation at home and abroad,defines the research object and scope,and determines the investigation.The research method introduces the innovation and difficulties of this part.In the second part,this dissertation takes a typical miniature of Furen Village,a research base as a point to show out the basic conditions,such as discussing the formation and development of“ village in the urban fringe ”,the development and utilization of land resources in marginal communities,urban-rural development,and labor force restructuring.In the third part,from the perspective of the daily home life of members of the “village in the urban fringe” community,the occupations they are engaged in,consumer behavior,leisure life,social interaction,and social interaction,to get an empirical analysis of the changes in existing social life of the “village in the urban fringe” aboriginal residents in the degree of display.The fourth part studies the contradiction between the economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits in the development process of “ village in the urban fringe ”.Moreover it analyzes the questions of urban-rural gap and the lack of social public service in term of “village in the urban fringe” members facing in education,medical and health care,socialized old-age care,and rural cultural construction dilemma.In the fifth part,aiming at the urgent needs for the development of“village in the urban fringe”,from green ecological orientation,rational use of land,improvement of living environment,agriculture through labor,urban areas through township,people's livelihood security,integration of basic urban and rural public services,and shrinking In the fields of education and health,such as urban-rural gaps,changes in customs,cultural construction,villagers' autonomy,and social governance innovations,the dissertation have put forward targeted ideas and suggestions.
