Kindergarten teachers' professional ethics means that they abide by a series of behavior standards and codes, the concept & consciousness and behavior quality showed in their work on teaching and protecting children and dealing with many issues related to children's interests. It is a higher request to kindergarten teachers, which is not the request of morals and ideals, but the request of ethics and quality in professional kindergarten teachers. It focuses on the teachers as a professional group, and the ethic order and ethic spirit which is considered sacred and humane in their work. However, the transformation of the society resulting in some degree of ethics lossing, kindergarten teachers in such environment that could not escape the stakeholders. This paper attachs great importance to explore the missing and the generating mean of professional ethics in kindergarten teachers.First, the article is based on social transformation and the demands of professional development of kindergarten teachers put forward the research background. Then, based on the argument about whether the kindergarten teachers are professional and differentiate the ethics and morals, the author deepens our understanding on the kindergarten teachers' professional ethics and comes up with the contents of kindergarten teachers' ethics. Children's interest should always be put in top priority, which is the core of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics. Moreover, teachers should not harm the physical and mental development for any reason; teachers should try best to fairly treat every child; teachers should try to know and respect every child; they should actively safeguard the due rights of every child; setting a positive example, pay attentaion to oneself exemple role model. This chapter provides theoretical basis to the missing and generating of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics.Which aspects does the current situation of kindegarden teachers'professional ethics missing that represented in china? What is the reason for its missing? After that, the article mainly through case collection and analysis, points out that the the bad behavior of kindergarten teachers'professional ethics is mainly reflected in the following points: children's interests don't be attached due attention; the behavior of hurting children happen occasionlly; teachers still can't treat children absolutely fair; teachers fail to know and respect children; teachers usually pay excessive attention to their own authority and infringe children's rights; teachers often teach by negative examples. Then based on the date collecting and statistics, the author analyzes the reason for these behaviors from the perspective of social safeguard measures, training of professional ethics, kindergarten cultural system and the teachers and so on.Finally, for the current situation and reason of the anomie of kindergarden teachers' professional ethics, the study presents the generation of professional ethics means:we should try to optimize the external safeguarding system for the generation of teachers' professional ethics; make comprehensive arrangements between professional ethics & pre-occupational cultivation and post-career education & training;build good cultural system in kindergarten and teachers should make efforts to improve themselves.
