Motivation Of Students To Join Community

College Student Association is a mass orgnization based on common interests and aspirations. It play an important roal in students'campus life. It can help people to improve their hobbies and strength, to meet their interests. The College Student Association also play an important role in the growth of college students. It has an irreplaceable role in supportting for students'multi-level. On one hand, they can contact with different people, different cultures, different values in College Student Association, and gradually form their own value system comparison. They can get broader development possibilities. On the other hand, the diversification of community staff, such as the differences between urban and rura, differences in professional and gender. The differences will bring a sense of self-consciousness confusion and contradictions on the sense of community activities. Their relationships will become more complex, and the students will have mental confusion on the self-development and in relation to others. It's inportant to study students'internal motivation and external motivation of activities in the community. To study their insistence on community activities, to analyze their self-efficacy, and to help students better understand themselves is important.This is a study about motivation of university students. This research investigation is on the basis of interview survey, and it is an empirical investigation by questionnaire. We can learn the motivation of joining the association of Zhejiang Normal University students. Especially we can know college students' activities and their self-efficacy in community. We can learn students' internal and external motivation of joinning community and the factors of joinning associations. This article will run the data association of motivation about students joinning the College Student Association. The basic framework of this paper is as follows:The part of introduction briefly intrduces the background, significance, content and ways of this study. It emphasizes to sort out the existing researches of the home and abroad, and then defines the relative concepts.Part II and Part III focuses on the motivation of college students joinning the society, starting from the interview survey. We can understand some views and behavior of college students who are in community. The article will analy the differences of motivation on gender, grade, professional, social background, academic performance, identity and other aspects. It will analy the role on intrinsic goal,extrinsic goals, persistence and self-efficacy and other motivational factors. The fourth part is based on the survey and interviews. It summarizes the analysis of the motives of college students joinning the community. We can learn the influence to the motivation on community, college students'circumstances, social background and other aspects of the impact. Part V,as to promote students in the community to achieve a comprehensive and healthy development, the article puts forward constructive view to enhance the possitive, self-efficacy, create motivation, and the sense of belonging.
