From 1997 to 2000, the U.S. National Research Institute《in the early prevention of reading difficulties in children》report comes at a time, the report triggered a revolution in international crisis early reading. In the twenty-first century, the rapid development of today's information age, reading ability is the wind onto the top of the wave researchers, more and more researchers begin to focus reading education.For a country and nation, the reading is to promote the development of children and the overall quality of the national, by reading,the national cultural heritage and the country's overall competitiveness are improve. Native ethnic minorities in certain areas to form a relatively fixed ethnic and cultural traditions, ethnic heritage and development of early childhood education as an important carrier of national culture, national cultural heritage requires to be started from early childhood. As a kindergarten picture book closest contacts with the children reading, the reading should be concerned about the nationality problem. Can retrieve the current literature of view, research in this area is still in the blank stage. Heilongjiang is located in northern China, a total of 10 native ethnic minorities, Mongolian and Korean have their own language and script, and other native minority language only, no text. They can only read the Han language as a language tool, the process of picture book reading in early childhood, the subtle influence by Chinese culture. Therefore, how to read picture books native minority children to retain and pass on nationality is a need to focus on areas of study.In this study, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, District Kindergarten Meilisi Daur, Manchu, Hui, fresh, Daur four native ethnic minority children reading picture books to analyze the situation, so that the native of Heilongjiang minority children in picture book reading problems Clarity, and to promote cultural heritage and promote native ethnic minority children to read picture books made available countermeasures and suggestions.Paper was divided into five parts:The first part focuses on the basis of topics, at Home and Abroad, purpose and significance, research methods and other issues, focused on the vital topic of the establishment of the foundation. The second part of the collection and collation of the literature to explain the relevant definition of the concept, the theoretical basis, and the native minority culture and educational value to interpret.The third part is the theory and practice of the native status of minority children's picture book reading is to sort out problems.The fourth part is the issues presented for the status of minority children in Heilongjiang native choice of picture book reading is to propose countermeasures and suggestions.Conclusion:a summary of the study and directions for future research in this study the prospects of work and ideas.
