| PE teachers are to perform duties of school physical education professionals, the teaching profession as an important component, which not only improve the students to play with knowledge and skills, but also bear the psychological quality of students good moral character and noble task. Sports classroom teachers as a major player in sports, as the guidance in PE teaching, their teaching PE teachers have embodied the concept and the teaching behavior on the quality of PE teaching has a decisive influence. That is, success or failure of a classroom education, is mainly depends on the organization and guidance of teachers. Therefore, by studying the behavior of PE teachers, to improve teaching practices, and promote teacher professional development, an extremely important role.I used video observation, document analysis, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, on the Xi'an Institute of Physical Education Volleyball Classroom Video playback observation and analysis, combined with the students and teachers exchange, of Volleyball PE teacher classroom behavior in practice reality. Analysis by consulting relevant literature, four aspects of physical education teachers from classroom teaching behavior analysis, namely:organizational behavior class; content about behavior; practice guide behavior, and Q & A interaction. New curriculum based on the concept and reality of the problem, the author proposes a number of related practical strategies and recommendations. Teaching physical education teachers to promote behavior and professional skills, quality improvement and growth. Concluded as follows:1.SPORT Volleyball teachers teaching in class fully reflects the principles of succinctly and training. Lectures can seize the key, difficult, give full expression to the leading teachers and students of the subject position.2.SPORT Volleyball teachers focus on the importance of teachers and students interact, but in practice, does not give students adequate guidance. Teacher interaction in the game, the task should be to enable students with prizes to enable students to learn through practice the principle of technical movements, should be promptly organize students to discuss after the game, summed up harvest, and teachers to be the correct guidance.3.SPORT Volleyball practice guidance class teacher takes the time period are more actions that physical education teachers for students to practice the attention behavior.
