In the 21st century,with the continuous development of global science and technology,the arrival of the "Internet +" revolution,the importance of information technology education in the world is constantly increasing,and the reform of information education in China is also urgent.Flipping the classroom as a new teaching mode is the product of the information age background,adapting to the requirements of information education reform,it changes the role of teachers and students in the traditional teaching mode,and shifts the learning of students in the classroom.Before the class,the teacher delivered the teaching content to the students in the form of video,text and pictures in the form of videos,texts and pictures.The students carried out independent learning,communicated with the teachers in the class,and the teachers answered the doubts of the students.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the flipping classroom teaching mode pays more attention to the absorption of knowledge by students in the classroom and improves the learning efficiency of students.Throughout the research results of flipping classrooms in recent years,the research focus of experts and scholars is mainly reflected in theoretical research and applied research on related cultural courses.The research shows that the application of flipping classrooms in cultural classes has achieved good teaching results.However,the research results of flipping classroom in physical education are relatively few.Sports is an important part of education.Teachers not only teach students sports knowledge and skills,but also pay more attention to cultivating students' participation in physical exercise and persisting in physical exercise.The good teaching effect obtained in the cultural class provides a practical basis for the physical education application to turn the classroom.Therefore,this study takes the application of flipping classroom teaching mode in college swimming teaching as the research object,and analyzes the effect of students' standard assessment in technologyand distance,and demonstrates the flipping class in college swimming class.Application value in teaching.The author demonstrates from two aspects of empirical and theoretical research,and the conclusions are mainly concentrated in the following five aspects:1.Through the swimming teaching experiment,the students' evaluation of technology and distance shows that the flipping classroom teaching mode plays a positive role in improving the learning effect.2.Teaching guides help students to establish correct technical movements,and have obvious advantages for students to master standard technical actions in a short time.3.Applying the flipping classroom teaching mode in college swimming teaching helps to improve students' initiative in swimming technology learning and increase students' interest in swimming technology learning,especially to help students build self-confidence in swimming technology learning.4.Through the application of the flip classroom teaching mode in college swimming teaching,the research found that flipping the classroom teaching mode changed the role between teachers and students,and re-designed the teacher's teaching.5.In the course of the experiment,the author designed a set of teaching guides suitable for college swimming,which provides practical reference value for the development of swimming teaching in colleges and universities.The empirical research results and conclusions obtained in this study provide the basis for the development of the field.
