| As the global industrial and economic developed, engineering education face unprecedented challenges for lacking a large number of high-quality talents. China's industrial enterprises have emerged serious shortage of senior engineering staff and management cadres. The traditional academic-based theory master can not meet the current needs of the society; meanwhile the practical application of Engineering Master is in short supply. In recent years, China has been risen great importance on the Engineering Master. Engineering Master has developed rapidly. Therefore, it is essential to develop a scientific and objective evaluation to the quality of Engineering Master for improving the application talent imbalance supply.At present, in China Engineering Master quality assessment is mainly carried out under the guidance of the government and the evaluate programs and standards are developed by the Ministry of Education, experts through them to assess the training quality of the universities. However, Engineering Master students as the core stakeholders, do not become the main evaluation of the quality of Engineering Master, as the dominant, Engineering Master should have more say to their evaluation of the training quality. Meanwhile, in the domestic study for improving the training quality of Engineering Master have more qualitative analysis, many scholars through the literature, foreign contrast, surveys and other aspects conducted a qualitative study of Engineering Master's training quality, but the quantitative aspects of the survey results lack in-depth analysis. Therefore, this paper as it a starting point, it based on the perspective of the satisfaction evaluation of the quality of training of Engineering Master, has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.From the perspective of student satisfaction survey, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it identify the shortcomings of present Engineering Master of management field's training quality, and propose targeted measures. The research method have a certain degree of innovation,it can truly and fully reflect the training of Engineering Master in the educational achievements and problems encountered, and also more than solely rely on qualitative assessment and scoring assessment. Finally, through the AMOS building Engineering Master of management field's satisfaction evaluation index system, it provides a quantitative assessment tool to the quality of Engineering Master in the future. |
