Since the Ministry of Education enrolled the full-time master of engineering in 2009, the full- time postgraduate education developed rapidly and cultivated lots of qualified practical and senior compound talents for C hinese industrial and engineering field. With the scale of the full- time master of engineering enlarging, the public paid more attention to its quality. What’s the quality of the full-time master of engineering education in these years? How to guarantee the quality of the full-time master of engineering education became an essential topic.This paper selected 9 graduates who finished a two- year full-time master degree of engineering,and observed and interviewed. Based On the first-hand data from,this paper analyzed the current condition of the quality of full- time master of engineering education in BIT. Then, the related documents were analyzed combined with qualitative research, and SPSS was used among graduates of the full- time master of engineering education in BIT with questionnaire.This paper made such conclusion as follows:1. The front line of the full-time master of engineering education courses and content should be promoted;2.The supervisors should pay more attention to tutoring the masters;3.The assessment system of dissertation should be perfected;4.The cultivating model of full-time master of engineering education needed to be innovated;5.The campus activity in BIT influenced insufficiently the vocational development of the ful-time masters of engineering.
