The Development And Integration Of Culture On Urban Community Research

The reform of the economic system started from 80s of 20th century has promoted our society stepping into a historical period of fast change. During this historical period, impressive structural changes have occurred in the fields of politics, economics, culture, and etc. In this societal changing period, an important change is in the Urban Community Culture (UCC), which shows the frequent interactions between the differentiation, confliction and integration of community cultures. The theoretical studies and practices of urban community culture also arose during this period and have made great progress.From the point of view of Education of Ideology and Politics (EIP), this study surveys the development of urban community culture and focuses on it from all aspects. By this way, this study will improve the level of interest of EIP to urban community culture, and therefore have important theoretical and practical significance of deepening and widening the research of EIP. Urban community is an important front of the ideology and politics works of Chinese Communist Party and the culture resource has become a dominant resource of EIP. The systematically theoretical studies on urban community culture aim at returning to the development concept of people oriented and realizing the scientific development of urban community culture to prosper the community culture.From the point of view of EIP, this study theoretically investigated the problem of the integration mechanism of urban community cultures using related theories of community culture and pointed out that the urban community culture is facing a series of problems such as the inadequate role of community residents, structural unbalance and the descending efficiency of ideology and politics education. An effective way to solve the problems of urban community culture is constructing a mechanism for integrating urban community cultures. Aiming at the main problems which the urban community cultures have been facing and their deep root causes, this study presents the goals, principles and methods of integrating urban community cultures and strives to make this mechanism objective, practical, scientific and exercisable. This study can provide a theoretical and practical reference to the development of urban community culture.
