| With establishment and perfection of the socialist market-economy oriention , and with faster speeding of the social trans-structure, Chinese society is experiencing an unpreceding constructive change. Urban communitical division and communitical integration are also lain in the dynamical process that frequently affect on each other . In essence, communitical division has positive characteristics, and communitical integration has the passive characteristics. In the process of social tran-structure, the function of the single social regulation system .which is base on the adjustment of unit with Chinese speciality to people , is being gradually decomposed .At the same time, communitical has the more important effect on realizing social integration. Therefore, communitical integration has the important research value. As for the research of communitical integration, the most authoritative researcher overseas is a sociologist who is Pasons in the United States. Domestic research of communitical integration, mostly emphasize on the macroscopic level, consider the communitical integration is a process to promote the social member ' s negotiation and coincidence, to form society agglomerate power , to facilitate the social stability and development. My thesis research the contents and the character of communitical integration mechanism, probe into new objective , principle and concrete means of newcommunitical integration machanism on the great background of social trans-structure period. It not only expand the scope of administrative research,but also have the great realistic meanings. My thesis tries to do a further and systematical research on communitical integration nowadays in our country .basing on combination of theory and practice .The first parts, starting with the social trans-structure period thus the social history background commences, it analyzes and espouds profoundly the theories problems relating communitical integration and the communitical integration machanism . the purpose is to supply theotical foundation with last two part . through theotical analyses , I think that communitical integration is not only a state of community existence , but also a realizing process of the elements integrating in the community system .Communitical integration is a complicated system engineering. It is made up of four subsystems which include functional integration system, systemized integration system, organizational integration system and conceptional integrationsystem, and six sub-mechanisms system which include resource integration machanism , community service mechanism , system integration mechanism, autonomy participation mechanism, civilization creation mechanism, psychological adjustment mechanism and so on. on the foundation , the thesis emphasize theoretical analysis on the movement and the characteristics of the communitical integrationmechanism .The purpose of theoretical research is to advance practical development, so the second part in my paper insists on combination of theory with practice and combination of microscopic with macroscopic. It comprehensively sums up effects and main questions on the aspect of current the urban communitical integration mechanism construction. It also analyzes and explains the cause of questions. . As a whole, community haven't fully react on to integrate society, and communitical integration is on the state of no order.The third part, from two aspect of micro-community and macro-society, analyzes the objective of the urban communitical integration mechanism' construction , expatiate the basic principle of the urban communitical integration mechanism' construction, and put forward the design of countermeasure to aim at thecurrent main problems that exists in the construction of communitical integration mechanism, the micro-objective of the urban communitical integration is to establish the emotion of communitical end-result, and the final objective is to promote community's development that can be continued.
