Under the background of the new situation of educational development,the deepening of physical education reform and the promotion of educational modernization are important tasks for educators.With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform and the constant renewal of basic sports reform,traditional physical education teaching and education is facing tremendous impact.“Course Standards” put forward: adhere to the “health first ” guiding ideology,cultivate students’ health awareness and physique;reform curriculum content and teaching methods,and strive to reflect the curriculum of the times;emphasizing the development of students as the center to help students learn to learn how to pay attention to the formation of student sports hobbies and expertise.They lay the four basic concepts of the foundation for students’ life-long physical education;put forward higher requirements and challenges for the optimization of the course structure of physical education majors in colleges and universities.Taking the optimization of curriculum structure as an entry point and breakthrough point,exploring the effective strategies for linking professional courses with basic physical education,perfecting the professional curriculum education system,and optimizing professional personnel training programs have become the key links for realizing the talent education that meets the needs of social development.This study is based on the research results of Chongqing Seven Institutes of Chongqing ’ s six universities(Chongqing University,Southwest University,Chongqing Normal University,Chongqing Technology and Business University,Chongqing Three Gorges College,Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences)and Wanzhou District of Chongqing City as research objects through literature,interviews,questionnaires,and comparisons.The method of research methodology has conducted an in-depth analysis of its personnel training objectives,curriculum structure and basic education sports curriculum reforms and found that: 1.There are differences in the orientation of training policy of education major in Chongqing.2.The curriculum setting of the physical education major has the phenomenon of attaching importance to the technical disciplines and ignoring the theoretical disciplines.3.The form of physical education personnel training is traditionally monotonous.It still focuses on teachers,lecture halls,and textbooks.It neglects the teacher-centered,learner’s main new training model,and emphasizes knowledge,technology,teaching,and teaching methods.It also pays attention to theory and ignores practice.4.The Curriculum Setting of Physical Education Major in Colleges and Universities is not well connected with the Reform of Physical Education Curriculum,and the Curriculum Setting of Physical Education Course is not perfected with the Reform of Basic Education Courses.5.In addition,teachers in the sports field of colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of curriculum development,and they will face the challenge of choosing teachers for other courses instead of starting classes.The professionalism of teachers is not strong;the time of internships for physical education students is short,and the understanding of basic physical education and physical education is not improved.The lack of training of students’ practical abilities has caused a dislocation with the reform of basic physical education curriculum.In response to the problems existing in the above physical education majors,in order to better link the subject structure of the physical education majors in Chongqing universities and basic education courses,the following suggestions are proposed based on the perspectives of basic education curriculum reforms: 1.According to the results-oriented thinking,the goal of cultivating sports talents in Chongqing colleges and universities was determined.According to the actual situation of the country’s social development and the needs of the workplace,considering the positioning of the school development,comprehensive development of students expectations as well as the expectations of parents,fix it for talent training goal.2.Implement “ reverse design ” and establish a student-centered curriculum system.According to the final learning outcomes,the teaching design is determined,and the teaching is to teach to achieve the final learning results.By further improving the difficulty of the course,students’ learning outcomes can be guided,and the basic,core,and peak results can be emphasized.Unnecessary courses can be eliminated and more important core courses can be arranged to promote effective learning.To achieve a reasonable allocation of teachers,courses and related teaching resources to ensure that students can achieve learning objectives.Determine the evaluation criteria as quality assurance and student learning outcomes.3.Structural thinking is adopted to optimize the setting of education course for general education of public compulsory courses.Structured thinking is used to optimize the setting of the General Required module for general education courses.The framework of things’ memory is regarded as the scope of thinking,and it is actively shaped to deal with it,making its implicit laws visible and fully captured,so as to optimize the setting of the general compulsory module general education curriculum.4.Add electives,set up three courses.The setting of elective subjects in the physical education major in Chongqing generally reflects the small number of elective courses and the limited selection of learners.Therefore,in terms of elective courses,on the basis of retaining existing projects,projects that are more interested in primary and middle school students and can improve their physical fitness and physical and mental development will be added.5.Increase research curriculum to improve learners’ creative spirit.The state pays more attention to learners’ innovative spirit and advocates the cultivation of innovative talents.Therefore,the reform of curriculum content should include the addition of research courses,such as sports research and methods,areas of unknown physical education,learning to enhance the interests of learners,and inspire learners’ spirit of innovation.6.Addition of education and teaching skills.The subjects of pedagogy,psychology,and educational psychology are added to the subject setting so that the students can be aware of the psychological state of the learner at any time in the class.The most basic aspect of physical education teaching is practicality.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the number of related pedagogies,teaching skills,and sports and health related items at the same time.Integrate theoretical courses and practice with each other,strengthen the cultivation of practical ability,and improve the competitiveness of employment.7.Optimize the physical education faculty of universities and improve their teaching and instructional capabilities.Physical education teachers in colleges and universities are the key to the development of students.The teaching and instruction ability of physical education teachers directly affects the growth of teaching subjects.All colleges and universities should make up for their own teachers,fresh blood,and vigorously strengthen teacher support,improve the quality and skills of teachers,so that teachers can advance with the times.The enthusiasm and creativity of the teacher are mobilized at the maximum level,and teachers’ re-learning education is guaranteed.
