The teaching reform and development of sports is an enduring topic in the current social development,physical education directly related to the future of the country,related to the young generation,is an important topic in the development of state and society.The reform of physical education is the main force to promote the development of education and teaching.Therefore,actively study the dynamics of physical education reform,and constantly explore the positive factors in the reform of physical education can promote the development of physical education reform.To advance the development of education,it is necessary to carry out the scientific reform.Only the scientific and rational reform can promote the development of education and teaching.Physical education is an important part of the basic education of the school.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,field survey and expert interviews,the primary and secondary schools in Changchun as the research object,to explore the dynamics of the process of physical education reform.Through the investigation of dynamic problem of the reform of physical education in middle and primary schools of Changchun City,analyzes the main factors influencing the reform of physical education in primary and secondary schools are: power control,reform and development of school physical education is not complete with structural imbalances and reproducibility in the PE Teaching Reform in the teaching reform of the degree of attention is serious insufficient.The survey found that the factors affecting the power of teaching reform of PE teachers are: sports teachers,PE Teachers' education,physical education teachers' Professional Title age structure,work emotion on P.E.Teachers' teaching force of the impact of investigation,the treatment of teachers of physical education teaching dynamic effect analysis.Lead students to become physical education reform power weakening factors the main reasons are: teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching methods,administrative class sports venues,equipment factors,not love sports teachers,sports,sports class and evaluation etc..On the basis of investigation and research,this study puts forward some countermeasures,the release of the power of school physical education reform mainly includes: the top-level design of PE teaching reform should integrate micro reform ideas;clear teaching ideas,reasonable selection of teaching contents;strengthen the construction of teachers team;to strengthen the construction of sports venues and equipment to optimize the supporting system;improve the system.
