Research On Training Resources Integration Mode Of Highly Skilled Talents

Highly skilled talents is the important part of Chinese talent team. And it's the core and backbone of technical type of work team. They have the irreplaceable role on the aspects of speed up the industrial optimization, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and technical innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The construction of highly skilled talents needs lots of links, such as training, selection, evaluation, use, incentive communication and guarantee, Which the most important aspect is training. At present there are some main problems:the training scale and training quality are not fit with the requirement of economic development. The main reason is the educational resources are not effectively play and use. Therefore, how to further integration of highly skilled talents resource, and maximize the efficiency of resources are the urgent problems of the construction on China's highly skilled talents team.This paper bases on the use of human capital theory, resource sharing theory, resource integration theory and collaborative development theory. In the meantime, it analysises the types of highly skilled talents training resources and characteristics and the necessity and feasibility of resource integration of highly skilled talents training resources. It carries on research of two aspects that highly skilled talents resources integration patterns of higher vocational school and senior skilled worker colleges and highly skilled talents resources integration patterns of manufacturing enterprises with higher vocational school and senior skilled worker colleges. In addition, the paper take Shandong province as an example to do the empirical analysis and application of highly skilled talents training resources integration modes.The training of i highly skilled talents is an important topic of China's vocational education development and reform. The highly skilled talents training resources integration mode is key to cultivating highly skilled talents. Therefore, the research of this paper has the both theoretical and practical significance.
