The research on Dual-certificate Integration in vocational education dates back to the Dual-certificate system. Along with the development of Dual-certificate system and the emergence of curricula reform in vocational education, Dual-certificate Integration was born at the right moment. The practical subject of Dual-certificate Integration should be vocational schools. The practical strategic orientation of Dual-certificate Integration makes sense to the reform of vocational schools. Meanwhile, implementation of the whole reform involves two different certificates management departments, it should carry out from top to bottom. Currently, the Dual-certificate Integration in secondary vocational education in Shanghai executes under institutional attention, which provides realistic basis to push forward the reform smoothly. So, the author chooses the practice of Dual-certificate Integration in Shanghai as an example.This paper orients to practical strategical research, mainly discusses how to execute Dual-certificate Integration in secondary vocational education. It contains following parts.Chapter One is introduction. In this part, the author introduces causes of topic selection, reviews and summarizes the existing related research materials and literature, defines core concepts of research to clear research scope, illuminates ideas and methods of research.Chapter Two is about system designing of Dual-certificate Integration. The premise and basis of carrying out Dual-certificate Integration of secondary vocational school is system designing. So, this part mainly explores the coordination of interest relationship and design of operational mechanism to implement Dual-certificate Integration.Chapter Three is about the reform of Dual-certificate curriculum. The reform of Dual-certificate Integration is based on the tasks guided curriculum reform, whose practical carrier is curriculum. This part mainly elaborates connotation analysis and development practice of Dual-certificate curriculum, changes of Dual-certificate curriculum implementing and its coping strategies, periodical effects of Dual-certificate curriculum implementing.Chapter Four is about assessment designing and implementing on Dual-certificate curriculum. Assessment is an important means to test the result of Dual-certificate Integration practice, providing feedback for following reform timely. In this part, the author elaborates assessment designing, assessment factors analyzing, assessment process expounding, experimental schools’ assessment situation revealing, problems teasing out and strategies putting forward.Chapter Five is about supporting conditions to implement Dual-certificate curriculum. Execution of Dual-certificate curriculum needs Dual-certificate teaching materials to provide foundation; needs teachers who are capable of Dual-certificate instruction to organize teaching; needs experimental equipments to provide training platform; needs cooperation between schools and enterprises to provide favorable environment. This part centers on these factors to expound conditions to carry out Dual-certificate curriculum.The last part consists of conclusions and outlooks of this research. In this part, the author mainly states four conclusions and comes up with topics about this research in the future.
