A Research On Curriculum Implementation Of Research-based Learning In Senior Middle Schools

At the turning of centuries, on the basis of the former experiments, the Research-based Learning has entered the category of basic education of our country as a course in the 8th curriculum reform, spreading fast as a subject weighing specially in the curriculum for senior middle schools. Focusing on changing students'learning methods, Research-based Learning has much effect on educational reform for senior middle schools, which cultivates students'creativeness and ability for practice, and is significant on improving students'ability on self study, individualized study, and creative study. Looking back on the theoretical study, this research arranges observing the present situation of carrying out the Research-based Learning in senior middle schools, analyses the real problems with curriculum implementation, and puts forth suggestions. The paper has been divided into four chapters.The first chapter of the paper gives an overview of the background information on choosing the topic, the content, the method, and the significance of the research included, which also reviews the course of the beginning and the course of the research on Research-based Learning.The second chapter selects the main view points on the theoretical research of the program for Research-based Learning. Together with practice, it also organizes discussions on the connotation, features, curriculum implementation process and enforcement mode of the Research-based Learning.Chapter 3 factually presents the present situation about the setting up, practical tactics and management of the Research-based Learning curriculum of senior middle schools after the inspection on the curriculum implementation of the Research-based Learning in senior middle schools in the area of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai.The last chapter sums up the present problems with the curriculum implementation of the Research-based Learning in senior middle schools. Some influential factors are also analysed, and some suggestions on the promotion of the curriculum implementation of the Research-based Learning in senior middle schools are also provided.
