Every student should get good education, but not all the students are good learners. Here are some students, whose abilities are in middle or lower levels. How to design and implement the teaching to support the learning of them? This study is a practical exploration to solve this problem.First, this study carried out the instructional design based on the principles of learning and teaching, such as Constructivism, principles of instructional design and so on. Second, it gave out the learner factors by the survey. Third, it adjusted the instructional design by controlling the amount and the difficulty of the information. Set the appropriate learning objectives for the students in"ordinary class", guided them to carry out effective learning activities in practice. Ultimately, it achieved good effects.
