With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, we gradually strengthened the sustainable development of the students' attention. Whether the university entrance exam or high school to high school biology teaching level test are put forward higher request. And high school biology course characteristic of oneself also asks students to have a certain biological basis. In practice, however, due to various reasons, many new don't have a high school biology teaching the necessary foundations, this is our high school biology teaching process in a serious connection.This study adopted theory and empirical study way, to high school biology teaching link the development of school-based curriculum. In theory firstly analyzes the necessity of courses, this paper introduces the development of school-based curriculum in summary, explores the courses, school-based curriculum theory foundation, thus for high school biology teaching link the development of school-based curriculum laid a theoretical foundation. In practice research, with his usual practice teaching for analysis in biology teaching high school cohesion place, analysis, and puts forward the teaching high school biology cohesion school-based curriculum development projects, and to prepare "high school biology teaching cohesion school-based curriculum" teaching materials.This study in unique Angle of view for a problem to solve the new way of courses. It is using school-based curriculum this form courses, can not only solve the shortage of regular biology class, and can solve the bridging programme content systemic problems. This research for high school biology teaching link of school-based curriculum construction materials compiling a basic platform, although didn't finish all the detailed case writing teaching project, but has completed the whole process of textbooks, at least for a teacher in the future and the practice work to provide a sample for reference. This study also for high school biology of cohesion teaching work has opened up a new exploration, the research direction and built a developmental practice platform. Because a wide range and workload and manpower and material resources input from many aspects, such as the limit, there are a lot of problems to solve. This study some link also some shortcomings. Finally the author also put forward a few question, hope that in the job can get constantly strengthen and improve.
