Secondary Vocational Education In Rural Areas. Heilongjiang Province Development Research

The development of vocational education in Heilongjiang province has experienced the undulator rolling process and the development of rural secondary education is more unstable in this historical process. But as our country increase investment in the vocational education and people transform their sense to professional education, the rural secondary education in our province has developed very quickly . Although rural secondary education in our province has made a lot of achievements in the development of economy and it has made contributions to the rural secondary education in our province, there are still many problems, such as different schools differ in developing standard, teachers'team construction is relatively backward, teaching quality is rather low and conditions for practice is poor and so on. We will realize the problems further existing in the development of rural vocational education as well as restricting factors only when we carry out the further research the present situation of the development of rural secondary education in our province . and the whole analysis. This thesis mainly explain the whole situation of rural secondary development in nearly five years based on empirical analysis and put forward problems, give the countermeasures and make some suggestions.
