Since China began to implement the reform and opening up,the national economy to a trend of rapid development,the development of education is also very fast,and gradually entered a benign development track,all are increasing the degree of attention to education,whether in educational software or hardware investment is also gradually increase.It should be said,compared with the previous,the overall quality of rural education in the continuous improvement,which is one aspect of joy.However,from our current rural education,especially primary and secondary school music education,there are still many problems,such as the overall quality of music education still lags behind,the teachers are not high,teachers and students for the shortage of music learning interest is not high,these problems have certain shackles on the music education in rural areas,hinder its development,and ultimately affect the formation of students' aesthetic ability and creativity.Arong Qi belongs to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hulun Buir City,Greater Khingan Range in the east.Because of the geographical position and other factors caused by the impact of a variety of primary and secondary school music education in the region is more serious,the student's music literacy is not promoted,making quality education become a piece of paper.In order to change this situation,the author in the area of music education in primary and middle schools were investigated,the current problems in-depth analysis,find the root cause of the problem,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding solutions,in order to provide a reference point for advice the region's primary and secondary school music education,music education in this area can keep pace with the times and lay a foundation for the all-round development of students.
