Contemporary college students shoulder the great mission of nation-building of the 21st century, knowledge and abilities are all required in the future to comprehensive development of talents, the objectives of training applied talents are getting more and more attention. If the contemporary college students want to meet the needs of the community, they must have genuine talent, and they must have the capacity especially the ability to engage in future career. Currently, the employment situation of college students is grim, how to make yourself stand out among the many candidates are what the college students need to consider and should be taken into account. Professional Experience embodies the core concept of career education, which can promote the formation of career awareness and career capability for college students. It is greatly significant to carry out Professional Experience activities among university students, which not only can improve the ability and quality of employment for college students but also can promote the Talent Development of Enterprise at the same time. At present, the Professional Experience is not properly carried out among our Chinese college students, we should learn from Japan (the abroad) and on the basis of it, we should develop a systematic pattern of Professional Experience to our Chinese college students, to which ensure the Professional Experience of college students can be carried out smoothly, and pave the way for the employment of contemporary college students in the future.This article is divided into five parts: the first part is the Introduction, which is mainly to raise the research question, and to outline the research significance and to elaborate Literature Review and Research Methods. The second part is mainly the defining and understanding of related concepts, and presenting the theoretical basis of Professional Experience. The third part is mainly the analysis and elaboration of the necessity of Professional Experience for college students. The fourth part is to introduce the contents of Professional Experience for college students, which is introduced by the order of experience before, experience, and experience after. The fifth part, for the status of the Professional Experience among college students, I propose some suggestions of Professional Experience for contemporary college students, which are presented from the student personal, social and school that the three aspects.
