Teacher`s quality is the basic of improving school teaching quality and student achievement. Lacking of a good teachership there will be no good education. New teachers are new forces of the group, and it is necessary for the new teachers to grow into experts. The development of new teachers in our country is optimistic in a whole, degree standards are basic qualified and the teaching enthusiasm is developing too. But there are also some shortages, for example high working pressure ,low salary, remarkable differences in urban and rural areas and so on. When a student turns into a teacher one must feel suddenly and the majority new teachers can not adapt to the new culture due to lacking of experience . Join the frontline , the main problems and difficulties for the teachers are teaching and management, adapting to the school culture, dealing with others. If we pay not enough attention to the new teachers and do not take measures to help them, it will not only affect their teaching determination but also decide what they will be, how to turn into a expert from a new teacher. What is more, it will influence the teaching quality badly.There are many problems in the new teachers` daily work, we should analyse them in a complex angle. Among the problems there are some subjective factors and some objective factors; some macroscopic level and some micro-level. The main reasons of new teacher problems are: low level of carrying out institutionalizations, strong randomness, low salaries, lacking of reward systems, not enough attention to the problem in normal universities or training units, new teachers have no concept of lifelong development and have not recognized the improtance of theory knowledge, moreover, some teachers are not suitable for the position due to the personality etc.According to above statement, we should solve the new teacher problem in the following aspects: make full use of school managers, enhance the cultivation process, strengthen the overall role of education administrative department, provide platform for the new teacher, rely on good interpersonal relationship, reduce the isolated situation, improve the ability of dominating environment, reform the traditional teaching system, new teacher should have lifelong development concept, strengthen theory knowledge, put self-examination into teaching.
