Curriculum is a new round of nationa l basic education curriculum reform proposedan important concept, China in 2001, "Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)"clearly provides that in the new round of curriculum reform to "actively develop and usea variety of school curriculum resources." In 2004, the Ministry of Educationpromulga ted the "ideological and politica l course high school curriculum standards(experimental)" ideologica l and politica l course for the development and use ofcurriculum resources recommendations. Ideologica l and politica l discipline due to itsunique properties, makes it a very rich curriculum resources, and the most appropriateand most in need of development and utilization of curriculum resources.Implementation of the new curriculum reform over the past decade, the ideologica l andpolitica l course in the curriculum development and utilization of resources has madesome achievements, and promote the ideologica l and politica l course to improve theeffectiveness, but in the ideologica l and politica l course curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization of practice there are still some important issues. View of theexistence of errors curriculum resources, curriculum resources development andutilization of purpose is not clear, focusing on the conditions of resource development,materia l resources to focus on the knowledge of the development of type Resource,simple and learn from other disciplines in the development and use of experience,politica l development and utiliza tion of teachers, curriculum limited capacity ofresources, etc., which seriously affected the politics teaching effectiveness. Through theuse of literature to read, compare and so on, in four parts of the ideologica l and politica lcourse curriculum development and utilization of resources to explore. The first section,describes the basic content of curriculum resources, classification and characteristics;the second part, the ideologica l and politica l course of the development and utilizationof curriculum resources need; the third part of the ideologica l and politica l course of thesubjects according to characteristics of the ideologica l and politica l class to establishdevelopment and utilization of curriculum resources principles; fourth part describes theimplementation of the ideologica l and politica l course curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization of the basic ways;and for errors that ma y occur in practice,put forward their own suggestions.
