Communication problem activities in more and more attention in psychological consultation, but the solution in junior high school student is less than in other group, how to improve the ability of solving communication in junior high school is also mixed. Expecting to raise the level of communication and mental health, this study which has focused on practice in a small field, based on the realistic problem about junior high school students'interpersonal communication .It makes the group counseling to take one step in psychological consultation.In this paper 24 students which are randomly selected from a experimental school are divided into two groups. One group attended group counseling is called experimental group (E-group),and the other group did what they want to do at the same time is called control group (C-group).By comparing the results of pre-testing and post-testing between C-group and E-group, it is found that the students'standard of psychological health can be raised through the group counseling, and their avoiding social contact in human communication, anxiety of communication can be improved.
