With the development of our society, the cultural market turns out to be more prosperous and abundant than previous in our country. Among these, the media market plays an important role. In the media market, the TV media is one of the most important media. From the 90s of last century, the TV media developed and grew rapidly and watching TV programs became one of the recreation and leisure activities in the spare time of Chinese. In this case, a new professional term comes into being----Radio and TV director. This specialty is just created for the development of Radio and Television of our country. The specialty has been 10 years from now on and this 10 years is also a stage from blooming to reflection transformation in TV media. Many colleges have found the specialty of radio and TV director. However, there are still many questions, such as what is the real demand of the TV media and whether the specialty of radio and TV director can meet the demand of the TV media, needed to research and study further and then explore deep.This paper is based on the theoretical analysis of the demand of college graduates to the TV media of Changchun and focuses on the problems and contradiction between the demand of employers and the education system of these colleges. This paper traverses the questionnaire of 68 TV media of Changchun and the in-depth interviews of 10 employers, analysises the soecific requests and hopes of graduates. The paper also analysises emphatically the problems of these college graduates at present and the expectations of the department of the poor between these graduates and employers. Then presents some relative opinions and suggestions to how to make better.The first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the radio and television arts training situation and the market situation of our country. This chapter elaborates from four aspects: the history of the media education, the employment of college graduates, the development status of the radio and television arts training and the employment of the graduates who are graduate the specialty of radio and television arts.The second chapter, which is the core of this paper, elaborates and analysises the research of the demand of television induetry to the relative graduates of Changchun. The content includes the demand for professional and quantities, valuing which part about quality and skill, and the expectations to these graduates and so on.The third chapter of this paper mainly comes up with the adjustment strategy of the radio and television arts training, which to the demand of the markets oriented. The chapter elaborate the core quality that these graduates of radio and TV director should possess at first. Then the chapter describes in details from three aspects:advantage and position, quality of skills development, teachers and curriculum.
