| Cause the college graduates could strengthen the development of city,in order to retain the talents,Guangzhou government begins to carry out the public rental housing for the college graduates to solve their housing problem.However,from the perspective of policy implementation,Guangzhou public rental housing policy is facing with many bottlenecks.University graduates generally have housing problems,and have a strong desire to enjoy government housing security,but public rental houses has a big surplus due to graduates not applying.In-depth study on public rental housing supply and demand to explore the root causes why the public rental housing mismatched on supply and supply,is conducive to improve the implementation efficiency of public rental housing policy and promote the effective integration for regional housing resources and talent orientation.Therefore,this paper will take the supply and demand status of public rental housing for University graduates in Guangzhou as the research object.Through questionnaire method,conduct a study on Guangzhou collages graduates public rental housing demand to clarify their real demand.Based on questionnaire survey,analyze the influencing factors about public rental housing demand and obtain the key influencing factors with Logistics factor analysis model.On the basis of the study mentioned above,we study public rental housing supply as follows,such as spatial distribution,housing conditions,the supply policy of public rental housing,supply potential and so on,to clarify the supply situation.Based on that,try to analyze whether public rental housing supply and demand was balance or not from six aspects,includes total amount,housing condition,geographic location and facilities supporting,forms of security,community environment and community cultural environment.Finally,explore why the public rental housing supply and demand was unbalance,and raise suggestions on how to solve the mismatched situation. |
