Financial College Campus Culture From Multicultural Perspective

The sustainability of has an important role in higher education development. Campus culture which contained spirit factors, beliefs factors, traditional customs and morality. It pervades the campus as to a cultural atmosphere, which has a strong appeal and drive, also includes strong effects of radiation Force. Therefore, it is a hand pushing in the functions of university serve to the community.Multicultural eras have been impacting on campus culture profoundly. Multicultural social environment broad horizon, it also exceeds any previous era in the areas of cognition and cognitive phenomena of the outside of ideological moral sensitivity. It brings us multi-dimensional way of thinking, such as respecting for reality, advocating an open, inclusive spirit, which provides a new perspective for the construction of campus culture. At the same time, it also brings some challenges to campus culture. Campus culture intensifies the conflict between the value of the university of western culture and thought people face and the impact of values, and contacted with universities and the society, a variety of utilitarian thinking and political concepts, but also weaken the critical spirit of the university. According to previous scholars, I established the research of finance and economics university campus culture, using of survey research and comparative analysis, in-depth analysis of finance and economics status of the construction of campus culture, the process of building the main problems and address these issues and present its own proposals, while building for campus culture of Finance and Economics and University of Development of the basic model.
